Tanja Huston is a wife, mother, speaker, and author with a passion for coaching, mentoring and inspiring others to embrace their strengths during challenging times. Through her stories, all voices are heard, faces are seen, and faith sets the path for the future. Life's family make-up is changing, and through Huston's books, she introduces the nucleus family unit in her books.
Her Inspirations
Huston was inspired to write books because she did not see herself in dolls or books as a child. It is essential to include groups not widely represented to ensure all children feel like they belong. As her books are written, Juju is the main character and one that children can relate to: "through the eyes of children." His family is interracial and pulls together through difficult times.
